Return Policy
At Dononman, each suit is custom-made to your measurements and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our service, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide a 7-day free alteration service to ensure a perfect fit.
1. No Return Policy
- As all garments are custom-tailored, returns are not accepted once your booking is confirmed and measurements are taken at your location.
2. Booking Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so at least 1 day or 6 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- If our tailor and salesman have already arrived at your location, a visiting charge of ₹1,000 will be applied.
3. Free Alteration Service
- We offer a 7-day free alteration service from the date of delivery, ensuring your suit fits perfectly.
- No extra charges will be applied for alterations requested within this period.
4. How to Request an Alteration
- Customers can request an alteration by contacting us on the same number used for booking the service.
- Our team will arrange an alteration appointment at your convenience.
