1. Introduction
   Welcome to Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions. By booking our doorstep tailoring service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and our team.
2. Service Agreement
   Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions provides custom tailoring services at your doorstep, including design consultation, fabric selection, measurement, trial, and delivery of tailored outfits.
3. Booking & Payment Policy

• No advance payment is required at the time of booking.
• Once our tailor and salesman complete the visit, take measurements, and finalize the fabric, 50% of the total bill must be paid upfront.
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery of the completed outfit.
• We accept UPI, Cash, Internet Banking, and Cheques as payment methods.

4. Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation

• You can reschedule your appointment in advance based on available slots by notifying us via Call, WhatsApp, or Email:

• Cancellation Policy:
  • If you cancel the booking at least 6 hours or 1 day prior, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions our tailor and salesman have already arrived at your location, a ₹1,000 visiting charge will be applied.

5. Measurement, Fitting & Alteration Policy

• Customers must provide accurate information during the measurement session.
• Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions offer a 7-day free alteration service after delivery. Customers can request alterations through the same booking contact number.
• Express Custom Tailoring (3-day delivery) is available for an additional 10% of the total bill, waived for orders above ₹30,000.
• Alterations are free within 7 days of delivery. After that, charges will apply.

6. Visiting Charges

• For orders above ₹5,000, there is no visiting charge.
• For orders below ₹5,000, a ₹300 visiting charge will apply.

7. Custom Design Consultation & 3D Design Facility

• Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions offer personalized design consultations and a 3D cloth designing facility to help customers visualize their outfits before production. (Chargeable)

8. Photography & Marketing Consent

• Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions may take photos/videos during measurements, outfit trials, and final garment delivery to ensure perfect tailoring and for marketing purposes.
• Customer visuals may be used for social media and promotions unless they explicitly opt out.

9. Special Offers

• Get 5% off on your next custom order by leaving a Google review and a video testimonial.

10. Service Availability & Timing

• Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions operates 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Appointments must be booked at least 1 day in advance.
• We currently offer our doorstep custom tailoring services across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.

11. Liability Disclaimer

• Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or emergencies.
• Once a customer approves the final measurements and customizations, any errors due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer will not be Dononman’s liability.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes will be resolved amicably between Dononman | Read Our Terms and Conditions and the customer.
• In case of unresolved disputes, applicable laws of India will govern.
