Custom-Made Orders
1. Measurement Accuracy
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements, if client placing orders from Overseas.
We provide complete Measurement Guidelines.
Discrepancies:We are not responsible for garments that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Professional Fitting:We highly recommend being measured by a professional tailor if you are unsure of how to measure yourself.
2. Design & Fabric Variations
Digital Representation: Please note that screen resolutions vary. The color of the fabric on your screen may differ slightly from the actual material.
Material Availability:If a chosen fabric or trim becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative, no refunds will be provided.
Handmade Nature:Since every piece is handmade, slight variations in stitching and placement (less than 1cm) are considered a characteristic of custom craftsmanship, not a defect.
3. Production & Lead Times
Turnaround Time:Our standard production time is 4days to 10days from the date the order is confirmed and measurements are received / taken.
Expedited Orders:Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to our current workload.
Delays:While we strive to meet every deadline, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Upfront Payment: Due to the personalized nature of custom clothing,Minimum Half or Full paymentis required before production begins, which is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, materials are often cut&the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
5. Returns & Alterations
Final Sale: Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a verifiable error on our part.
Alteration Credit:If the garment does not fit perfectly despite correct measurements being provided, we offer an alteration credit charges as per “AlterDry” rate cards, for you to use at a local tailor, provided you send us photos and a receipt.
In-House Adjustments:If you wish for us to perform the alterations, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
6. Intellectual Property
We reserve the right to photograph and display any custom-made garment on our social media or website for promotional purposes unless the customer informs us to avoid his / her photograph.
